Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date.

All returned items must be in unused condition, with original tags and labels attached. Returns are accepted if the product is not used in its original packaging and accompanied by a manufacturer tag. The parcel should be packed in a way to avoid damage to the product of the packaging during transport.
If shoes will be returned, labels and strapping tapes are not allowed on the packaging box. If the returned boxes of goods have been damaged, the return is not accepted.

Underwear and swimwear returns (slips) are not accepted for reasons of hygiene.

If an item does not meet your expectations please contact us within 3 days from the date of receipt.
The item(s) must be unworn, washed, and in perfect condition, with all labels attached and in the original packaging.

**Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost (initial shipping fees are not refundable).
We will cover the shipping fees by replacement.


To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to our address.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
