What is your Delivery Processing Time ?
24-48 hours, Before we can send your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We’ll do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48-hour period, excluding Saturday and Sunday, where your items will be processed and dispatched.
While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping timeframe.
We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of delays to our local and international customers. However, we are not responsible for any custom clearance delays.
Return to Sender
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order three times. If, for any reason they are unsuccessful, they will leave a calling card informing you your order is being returned to us. Unfortunately, an order that has been returned to us by the courier can’t be re-directed out to our customers again, but will be refunded in full once the warehouse team has processed it. If you require the items, we would ask you to place a new order.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver internationally Monday – Friday. We support worldwide free shipping and all product will be shipped with free shipping method by default. We offer express shipping, you can choose the express shipping method while fulfilling an order.
Are customs charges and import duties included?
If you order from us there might be import duties and taxes to pay to get your parcel. These charges are usually levied when the order reaches the delivery address and you will be responsible for the payment of those.We have no control over these charges and can’t predict their amount. I’ve not received my parcel, yet the status says it’s been delivered
Sorry to hear you’re having problems with your order.If the courier was unable to reach you when they tried to deliver your goods, they may have delivered the parcel to one of your neighbours. Please check to see if you have received a delivery card from the courier – it could have been slipped under your door, or delivered where you usually receive letters.If you’ve checked for the card and have also already spoken with your neighbours, but still haven’t recovered your parcel, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
